Don't worry about languages, everyone will understand everyone. You can choose anyone, even the dead. Everyone will talk not just to you, but to each other. It'll be a pub table discussion with whoever you want.
And the bill will also be on the Demiurge, so don't worry, you and your chosen ones will be able to get your fill.

Historical questions are always interesting. I tried to select a sample that could blend together in conversation.

Emperor Trajan - Roman Emperor during Pax Romana. He has a piece of artwork called, the Column of Trajan, that depicts his involvement in the Dacian Campaign.

Andrew Jackson - 7th US president, was involved in the War of 1812, and campaigned against central banking. I do have some issue with how he treated Wild Cat banks toward the end of his presidential career. I'd still like to hear his side of the story.

Francisco Goya - Spanish painter, his career had a stark divide after his experiences in the Spanish War of Independence.

Joseph Conrad -Writer, most known for his work, The Heart of Darkness, but published many other stories. My favorite of his is Typhoon. It's also one of my all time favorite stories.

There's some others that crossed my mind, but I think this would be an interesting mix.
