I've been just consuming drastically less calories. I am running every other day in the morning (minimum 2 miles), eating a breakfast with no more than 500 calories (I typically eat Tuna or eggs), and then spend the rest of my 1250 calories on dinner.
I like this method a lot because I live with family atm so I can't force everyone to eat lower healthier calorie dinners, so I just save calories until dinner time.
I weighed in at around 193 originally, I want to get back done to my former weight of 175. I weighed in today at 189/190.
