Well in Naruto there are families with shark DNA, families with pale eyes, families with bodies that can have living insects inside, families with canine DNA, families with naturally red eyes (not talking about sharingan, I'm talking about the Yuhi family), some people with naturally white hair and someone people with naturally red hair.

So yeah in the Naruto universe an asian kid with blonde hair and blue eyes isn't that crazy unrealistic.
