i'm planning to turn my life around, work out, eat good, and be less irritable (probably due to depression or some crap). i could always go for the classic paper and pen style, but i'm open for better suggestions (if they even exist).

First of all, have you ever taken a WAIS-IV test IRL (mensa.dk raven test is also a reliable internet-based test for measuring part of your FSIQ, verbal IQ doesn't matter as much)?

I'd try working out but for yourself. Don't become a degenerate gym rat although you're free to do so. Bulking, getting muscles is a good idea if you are about to become a fighter in... I don't know, some random conflict in Africa?

I don't sympathize with any group (Taliban regime has many nullifiers of Islam, in fact). Regarding FSIQ, it is necessary to know in order to lay out a plan to determine whether X degree or Y specialization will be a good fit for your cognitive capabilities.

The average IQ for STEM is around 120, despite college degrees being dumbed down for the masses. I am of 105 IQ approximately, so I will never be able to pursue further higher education (most, if not all marketable degrees come from STEM).

I recommend a basic journal, you should get a workout routine. If you're interested in building muscle, I believe the routine I specified here would work well:

I have a journal and this is what I put in it:
[Date] [Exercise Day/Rest Day] [Specific exercises and the amount lifted] [Calorie intake]

It's very motivating to look at your numbers go up over time, every time you lift and tire out a muscle group, you become 5% stronger in that specific muscle. Assuming you workout only 2x a week and do it consistently, by the end of this month you can be 40% stronger than you are now. That's working out one day on Monday, one day on Friday, for an hour. Now imagine what you'd be like by the EOY, assuming 10 workouts a month, 120 workouts, even after muscle progression is slowed, you'll be 250%+ stronger than you are currently, assuming you are a beginner.

The physical and mental benefits will be massive. I recommend eating a high protein, high fat diet, it's protein that makes neurotransmitters and it's dietary fat that makes testosterone. Carbs are useful for energy but you should stick clear from simple carbs largely. A lot of steak, chicken, eggs and milk is the strategy. You'll be a lot higher in dopamine, serotonin, GABA and testosterone if you consume these specific foods. Good luck :feelsthumb:

If you don't want to go to a gym/don't have money, couch to 5k is a simple program you can download on your phone for free that'll train you to run 3.1 miles nonstop. It trains you to do it over 8-10 weeks. Only 30 minutes, 3x a week, you'll feel the difference physically quickly, one good jog and depression and irritability fade away for some time.

Í got 110 or 109 in that one. I'm glad we have the same İQ, so İ don't feel mogged.

Just do 1 thing a day slowly building a routine that’s all it is
