As a white western male, why do low IQs tend to be happier?

After feeding an entire community of philippino children, I feel more whole than I did volunteering in homeless shelters with blacks in the US. Look at the men, they're content in their situation despite having no education and skills. Yet they're still warm and friendly compared to westerners and diasporas. I hope they stay in their country to preserve their pureness, despite the lack of common sense.
