my family from my mothers side came for a visit yesterday. they came at 8 PM while i was eating dinner in the kitchen. as soon as they entered and finished the usual hey how are you talk with my parents they came to the kitchen to get some drinks. i have not spoken to them in 2 whole years. my aunt came to me and the first thing she said was "hey how is college going". i finished high school 3 years ago and from then to now all i did was LDAR and watch anime. i literally was silent for 10 whole seconds which made her feel awkward. then said "uh.. im not in college" she asked me why and i just said "because.. i dont feel good" she was confused as hell and kept trying to ask what i meant in different ways and i just kept saying the same thing. after that she just turned away and i finished my diner and went for a walk. when i came home my brother was laughing and told me my aunt asked my mother if i had autism and kept trying to pursue her to get me diagnosed for a solid 10 minutes. i am completely normal just a little bit shy, and i want to commit seppuku to preserve the honor of my bloodline and ancestors.

Whenever I leave my house, for example to get my hair cut, I'm always mentally prepared for if someone answers me what I'm doing right now I just say I'm still in college, never ever would I say that I'm a NEET because people will despise and envy you for it.

I don't have to deal with family members except mother though so it's easy to lie, maybe if you spend time in your pc every day you can larp that you are studying coding or smth?
