Play more singleplayer games. Preferably ones that will keep you occupied for a long time. Sandbox games in particular are great for this purpose.
If you get burnt out on that, start reading a book. It will be hard at first if your dopamine receptors are fried out, but force yourself through it and you will soon find it enjoyable.
