I do believe there are occult powers with massive influence but not in any paranormal ones like lucifer or lizard people. As far as a depopulation agenda, I’m divided. Feminism has actually started a birth decline and caused an ageing population so it might actually naturally decline over the coming decades. However, if the elites want to truly accelerate the process then why did they unleash such a benign virus rather than, say, Ebola with an effective 90% kill rate. The objective would be reached within a year. Could be it’s too uncontrollable and they are afraid of being contaminated themselves. I’m only conjecturing here.

I’d be more inclined to believe there are aliens then as that technically isn’t really paranormal in case they are made of carbon like us and are a way more advanced civilisation that master warp drives providing such a thing is really possible but not yet understood.
