I can relate. I had a bad psychedelic trip, then took lots xanax to cope, now I'm in actual hell. I will unironically rope in the next few months if this anxiety doesn't go away. My last xanax pill was 30 days ago btw.

trt is good for neuroplasticity and neurotransmitter regulation. if it wasn’t for that i’d probably be in a much worse spot rn

I used xanax in the past it makes you reliant on it but then i guess a lot of jewpills do.
