For me, it was a watching a Video on YouTube on how to Brush my Teeth with a Tooth Brush more effectively. I used to brush the front and back of my Teeth Horizontally, now I do it Vertically. My Teeth have never felt cleaner AND I don't worry at all about my Enamel.
