was drunk literally 24/7 for one and a half year. stopped cold turkey a few months ago. had a few week-long binges since then but i certainly won't drink anymore because it's very hard to stop once you drink even once due to the fact that it causes horrible anxiety next day. i do smoke a crapload myself, though

I need to stop taking benzos... but I'm a fucking nervous wreck, the anxiety is so overwhelming most days, I just can't deal with it :feelsbad::feelsbad:

Addictions to activities and to substances are different concepts imo. There are very extendable topics on both tbh. But most ppl are insecure to share and discuss it

If anyone wants someone to hold them accountable, just hit me up and I'll make sure to ask you for daily reports and shame you/encourage you/whatever response you want if you fail.

Use this thread to help get motivation to overcoming an addiction

Rn I have a huge problem with smokes so try to stop that

Every day I go by without using them, I will post about it here

You do the same tbh
I remember that bupropion is prescribed to patients trying to quit smoking.
It will change the way you react to nicotine.
