Can I lie to my parents about the work I will have to do? Pls help

I will explain the situation shortly. Is it possible to lie to my parents about the work I will have to do? I moved to another city, they want me to get a job in an office but I'm literally too stupid to do it. I can't understand anything, not even simple concepts and I'm completely incompetent. For example, a few days ago I had an interview as an office employee and when the manager explained to me how the company worked I couldn't understand anything about every process, I'm certainly retarded. For this reason, I was thinking of finding a simple job in a warehouse or factory that is within my reach and that I can do without using my totally non-existent mental abilities. Could I lie to my parents about it? If they asked me to send them a copy of the employment contract, what should I do?

also do you read any books / watch any informational videos? if not, they might help you understand common concepts better. People usually go into those interviews having context on the industry / company, so it’s not surprising if you couldn’t understand what he was saying on the spot
