I don't think that will happen. Your copes will just get more rich-y and your tastes will, too. It's the same reasoning as why richer countries aren't necessarily happier. One of the only things I spent a lot of money on is my gaming PC, and I quickly realised after getting it that it didn't do anything to make anything better for me. It was a more expensive cope, and it was just as effective as cheap copes. I cope just as well with a rubik's cube as I do with my PC.
