the normie idea of cardio is shit and gay and suboptimal. they just leave their house and run as hard as they can for 30 minutes then maybe do it a couple more times and give up forever. that’s because it’s a shit way to train cardio.
imagine if a gym session for you was putting as much weight as you can on each movement and then drop setting it until your muscles are genuinely fucking dead. you’d never want to enter the gym again and every workout would be fatiguing as fuck
structured cardio is everything. and you should very rarely enter zone 4 or 5. it’s just completely unnecessary
