Technically, it's "artificial intelligence". You and I aren't anything especial (I could kill you in a breeze with only a kitchen knife)... but I get your point, Transformer models are far from AGI. If I were in his shoes, I would've tried to make a last standoff in my barracks without surrendering because, you know, you'll probably get kidnapped and later executed with your body and head rotting kilometers away in some dusty roadside.

I think you're using GPT 3.5. Try switching to GPT-4o. Trust me, their multimodal thing is really good at describing images of any kind (including translating stuff from a billboard very far away).
