Discussion Class of 09 and female protagonist.

Anyone else can't get into a show or videogames with a female lead? Like I want to follow a protag that I can relate to, but I feel like I can never relate to women. Women are just worried about getting too much attention from men, and getting undesirable attention, but I as a man my problem is I get absolutely no attention from the opposite sex. This is why I haven't played the famous visual novel class of 09 even though I friend recommended it to me. I just feel like I would never get into it. I can't get attached to female protagonists...

meh class of 09 has mega potential, I love the exaggerated character gimmicks similar to the people you'd find in a school located in the suburbs or the sticks, the gameplay is kinda lackluster even for a visual novel but bleh you know. Female protags don't really piss me off unless they're just bland and boring or maybe a little too much on screen. The only real reason why I can't usually fuck with female protags on a different level is that I can't relate to a female all too much.

Well in Nier specifically I don't mind that's a female protag since she barely talks, has a fat ass, and don't really get opportunities where she would act on ways that would piss me off, by the fact of her being female. But class of 09 is different, since it's all about females acting in ways that are uniquely female (rejecting males left and right) and stuff like that, that can not relate to and that will likely piss me off.
