Depression Cleaning your glasses against the bright morning sun is super depressing

What I'd normally do is open notepad and maximize the window to get a stark white background which would provide enough contrast with my dark room to see every spec and stripe on my glasses. As a NEET, I sleep whenever I want, so I rarely get to see the sun, but lately I have adapted my sleep schedule to a more normal one and oh boy is it a rude wake-up call to hold my glasses against the bright morning sun. Every single atom of dust and grease is visible, I can even retrace the patterns I used to wipe my glasses clean from the day before.

Now whenever I wipe my glasses in suboptimal conditions I know it is but a mere cope. Really wish I wasn't made aware of this reality ngl.
