I will be making a series of threads dedicated to keeping myself committed to my goals daily. The threads will be sort of a progress report.

The threads won't be daily cause I don't wanna spam the forum but they'll be frequent when I have something to say. But the commitment itself will be daily.

The first commitment will be to using dumbbells and doing bicep exercises every day. I will be doing 2 sets until failure. In my experience when I do 3 sets till failure my arms hurt so much I can't move them for 4 days (literally can barely move them). I will increase it to 3 sets daily when I stop getting DOMS from it.

I am not yet ready to add to my commitments any attempts to make money. I don't have any good ideas that I have faith in yet, and I don't want to make commitments I can't keep. There is that thing Lain told me but I got discouraged, I just don't see myself being able to sell things by dropshipping with a 50% markup, and it will just be a waste of $750 dollars to start the darknet store.

My commitments will NOT include going outside for any reason whatsoever. I hate that the most. All my commitments will be indoors only. Only exception is if I somehow make side income, I will allow myself to use money that isn't from my job on hookers. So fingers crossed some idea works.

I would have agreed with you but I'm 27 I need to start improving my life in any way I can cause I'm reaching a point of extreme despair. It's improvement or depression, no in-between.

You know what, I will write a dumbbell routine with anon1822 right now.
All exercises are done within 6-12 rep range, for 3 sets.

Monday - Chest/Back

Warm up. Dumbbell swings
Back. Single arm dumbbell row
Chest. Floor press
Back. Standing dumbbell fly
Chest. Knee push ups
Back. Negative pull ups (optional)

Tuesday - rest

Wednesday - Arms/shoulders

Warm up. Dumbbell woodchops
Triceps. Overhead triceps extension
Biceps. Dumbbell curls
Shoulders. Overhead press
Biceps. Hammer curls
Wrists. Wrist curls

Thursday - rest

Friday - Legs/abs

Warm up. Mountain climbers
Legs. Lunges with no weights
Abs. Hanging knee raises or sit ups
Legs. Goblet squats
Lower legs. Calf raises
Lower legs. Tibialis raises (very useful for running)

Sat/Sun - rest

Update: did 3 sets of curls till failure. Did 3 instead of my promised 2 because my biceps wasn't failing, it was my palms that were failing. Even the third time. My grip failing me is bottlenecking me from faster bicep gains. But it's ok, it'll still be progress vs doing fuck all.
