coping with a yelling mom

she's 58. always talks in a raised voice and is irritable. she's been like this since my childhood years, and it aches my head that she goes as far as to yell at me in the mornings.

she always has an excuse of, "Oh, I can't change. This is who I am.", and it makes me sad af because it shows her unwillingness to change.

How do i deal with this, NEETchuds? I just dont want to blow a fuse anymore, since every time she does this in the morning, then my anger actually arises.

I just want to cope.

Same as you brah except my mom is 37, I cope by going outside, I just spend the least amount of time in here. And I usually get extremely mad especially the morning since I like when there is no noise the morning so I yell back at her

i'm moving out in a week, but i'm more concerned of the possibilities once she's retired and i have to take care of her. i dont want her to yell at me, since i pretty much will blow a fuse, and i dont like the image of me yelling back at my 60-something mom.
