Could you hold down a job?

To be completely honest I dont think I could hold down a regular job. In the past when I tried I have only lasted three months which seems to be my breaking point.

It just becomes such a grind and the margin for error is so slim. I've been fired for tartness, harrassment, and I've quite a lot of jobs because of exhaustion. And I dont work well with women there so bossy and do less work that I'm expected to pick up the slack.

Women have completely ruined the work environment for men and should be shot on sight. Now I digress my grubhub job was the only job I could tolerate because I couldn't show up when ever I wanted. But I'm in California and all the restaurants are going out of business. So I'm basically unemployed.

There is no hope for me how about you. Have you ever been fired? What for? What's your breaking point? What's the longest you held down a job for?

Best case scenario for a neet your lucky congratulations
Thank you. I'm not a neet anyway I try to work hard because people who work their ass off to be their own boss the last thing they want is their children to live of their achievements without giving anything back.

I've tried to neetmax with them but it was made clear that they won't make it easy for me

I mean, I have and do, but not without consequence.

You can't really enjoy your free time because it's so short and you're so tired from working.

Not to mention the stress.

I might be at my breaking point soon. I really want to quit.

I wish jobs allowed really long breaks, like at least a month or more, I think that would be ideal for me. 2 days? not enough. Approved 1 week vacation? not enough. Then I could stick to a job for a very, very long time, I think.

Brutal, I've been 30 minutes late to my job multiple times and never even been reprimanded for it.

I've only had 1 serious job for which I worked 2+ years 40hr/wk. The job was incredibly mind-numbing and on top of that I was living abroad to do the job and didn't enjoy the country I was living in so that didn't help. I quit. I was very good at my job though and got some raises/awards/etc. and was generally well-liked by everyone, both peers and bosses.

My last job I held for about half a year at a gym, but man this was such a fucking shitshow. Horrible management and the job itself was also really shit; I was supposed to be a personal trainer but they had me do a ton of non-pt shit as well. Now I have no problems vacuuming the gym or dusting off/rearranging weights etc. but they had me fucking cold-call a bunch of people for hours per day to ask them if they wanted to come have a free trial lesson jfl. Also my manager, aside from being horrible at her job, was also a racist and would often make racist comments towards me (not about me as I'm straight white cisgender male, but about other gym members).

My contract expired during the lockdown so she was already paying me ~3 months for 0hrs of work before she could get rid of me jfl, serves her fucking right.

Had a job when I was like 18yo as well which was callcenter work (cold-calling b2c, selling subscriptions), needless to say I quit this in like 1 month because it was so fucking unbearable.

i am always fired for tardiness. there have been days where i was to show up at 7am and didn't stumble in til 11:30am. with these shill corporations, it's not really about what value you bring the company, it's a game where you get points. they are bad games and we are not paid nearly enough for the cucked hell to be endured. when the equation doesn't equal out, the workforce dissipates. wiser men than i live on the street LDAR on the sidewalk, believe that.

I'm right there with you society in general is so stringent on law and order instead of being empathetic towards people's needs

I had the same job as u at the gyme I had to do cold calls it made me fucking crazy and I didn't get one sale call centers are the worst I ended up getting fired after three weeks cause I just wasn't cutting it and being a person trainer isnt worth is cause the gyme takes such a high percentage of the fee that it comes out to minimum wage all though there are special cases but it's rare for a personal trainer to be successful. And you have to study max to be certified so it's not even worth it.

I actually got my bar tending license and my insurance license in my early 20s and didn't get one fucking job out of it jfl that imbibed into me that any school or training just wasnt worth it so I went neet

It would not really improve my life, so no. I'd still be alone and sick, so why bother? I'd rather be homeless, in prison or dead tbh. If working would give me physical health or perhaps rewarding relationships or fulfillment then sure but it doesn't. It's too difficult to work 40+hrs a week when by the end of the year, only to end up in a worse position than the previous year.
