whenever i’m taking creatine i feel noticeably less depressed and more motivated. it’s definitely beyond placebo
I've heard this before from a friend, maybe I'll pick up creatine when I get back on my lifting arc :feelsok:

Rhodiola is overrated imo. Creatine is a no brainer , it's great but imo to stop the stress reaction completely and resolve anhedonia, depression my stack is gb 115 acd 586 tianeptine agmatine amantadine rasagiline ( cycled) low dose naltrexone and agomelatine to sleep
