I went down just now ard 3am to buy chips at 711. Then I saw some buff guy wearing a school girls clothes and fake tits. ( i think its faked it was huge and areola could be seen through shirt) I was on my way back then I turned behind. He looked at me and he saw me looking at him too. He was wearing panties and it was so revealing. Idk how to react even cuz shit like this never happens here in sg. I was terrified when I walked past him. He had such a weird creepy face. Should I call the police? I don't feel safe being around this kind of ppl. I wish I could've taken a pic but it happened way too fast. BTW the tits were comically huge ( a size of a head) and children clothes. Super short skirt. After that I rushed home straight away. I can't even sleep now. I know I'm overreacting but he looked like some kind of pedo rapist. He definitely goes to the gym too.
