I bought some cheap adjustable weights about 5 years ago. I've been lifting nearly every day since then. I am in decent shape I'd say. Never been to an actual gym though.

Well, there is one Gymcel I know on .co but he refused to join for now because he's got stuff to do in the upcoming weeks.

Maybe he might join after a month or so, I don't know.

Also if I remember right @gymletethnicel was gymcelling at some point.

I was decided to go to gym this year, but because of corona no place stay open more than few weeks.
And a legit home gym will cost me a fortune, so I dont have any option other than calisthenics.

And I already tried that last year, it doesnt build muscle.

That being said I was never fat in my life and have a good metabolism, so gymcelling is currently useless for me.

I do jump squats, decline push-ups and planks. I'm calisthenicsmaxxing because I don't want to spend money on the gym . If European Union gives coronamoney I'll consider buying cheap equipment/going to the gym.
On a different note I don't understand noexercisecels , I've been working out since 16~ and i feel like a piece of shit when I go for more than a week without working out.
I feel like I've made a lot of gains since i started homeworkouts. (Once i get decent physique I'll find a way to show it off)
