I have to keep my shuts down, because otherwise, I'll have to hide under my table. This behavior is completely irrational and isn't rooted on any traumatic event, it must be some sort of psychological effect, like feeling as if though my haven is being pried upon by others. I start shivering and muttering for some reason.

i live upstairs in a house with my parents and i mostly keep curtains closed, i once saw a red light and got scared it was a drone; its over for me
