Do you ever buy groceries in wholesale from places like Costco and Sam’s Club?

I don’t buy all of my stuff in bulk, but certain items that you can never have too much of like toilet paper are nice to purchase that way. The downside from what I’ve seen is wholesale clubs oftentimes don’t carry items or brands that you like to purchase regularly, unlike basic supermarkets such as Walmart and Target.

Not really, I mean not from Costco or Sam's Club. The grocery store I go to usually has pretty good bulk deals on certain items. I don't eat much, and I'm pretty minimalistic on basic necessities, so there's not really a need for it I think. The only thing I buy in bulk is cases of beer lol.

However as an aside, I do have a stockpile of emergency food (mres) and water as a just in case but that's different.
