Do you ever shower without washing or rinsing your hair?

Say you need to shower but only have like half an hour to spare so you don't wanna get your hair wet? You can just wash your face and body then innit. Also bonus question: would you use a shower cap?

If I already showered that day and later in that day, I am sweaty I just wash my body without rinsing my hair.

I usually shower in the morning so this happens time to time. Also, my body gets itchy sometimes and i have dandruffs so I try to wash my hair daily.

Are you thinning? My hair takes like an hour to dry unless I use a dryer, which damages the hair so I don't really like to do that unless I have to.

A shower cap would be annoying and ruin the comfy

I have long hair so some of it always gets wet. I don't use shampoo/condition every time i shower though.
