I've always struggled to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day even when I was a young student, i'd stay up until 2am on my PC and get only 4 or 5 hours sleep but now that I'm a NEET I just go to bed and wake up later and later getting 7+ hours every time. The only downside is it annoys the people I live with when I'm up and about while they're trying to sleep. When I lived with my parents sometimes i'd have lunch and dinner while they were trying to sleep and they strongly disliked that because they could hear me moving around and now that I live with roommates instead I wish I could wake up at a certain time so I could guaranteed use the kitchen without anyone else being there (it's a tiny kitchen only big enough for 1 person to move around in).
So if you manage to keep a fixed sleep schedule, how do you do it? I'm betting most NEETs just sleep whenever they feel like it and often wake up in the afternoon.
