Tbh its not inhib. It's more it's hard to control when I get lost in a day dream

I basically have to practice mindfulness not to lol

yea, i make weird noises sometimes. sometimes i feel a pressure in my abdomen, followed by a loud 'braaaap' sound. then, it's the damndest thing...but it starts to smell too. Really don't know what's going on, think i might have to go see a doctor.
