Depression Door bell anxiety.

I have had this from the moment I started owning people money. Even tho now its the government, still there are other issues. If someone would see how my apartment looks like, men with white coats would come to take me away.
When I hear ring on either the door bell or on a phone, my heart skips a beat. I always keep my phone fully silent without vibration because I sleep days and stay up nights. If someone would start knocking on the door and would hear my phone inside, I would be fucking wreck rest of the week thinking who it was and will he come back again?
Only at night can I feel relaxed. Also I'm super insecure about my looks. I'm one of those who would go to prison for just being seen near a kids. I also very rarely go outside during the day. There is something online about overactive brain which means I overthink even the smallest things in a worst way. I don't take meds, and not gonna. Do you guys have any irrational or legit panic attacks?

I don't get anxiety but i get this uncomfortable feeling, it annoys me a lot. Like most high-volume sounds like cellphone sound if its too high volume or doorbell.
