Depression Dreams

Does anyone else doesn't dream during the night? I think I have some kind of disorder, its not even funny anymore. I get maximum like 1 dream every 3 months...
Some people have told me "Oh you have dreams you just don't remember them". I think its bullshit, I think I have very good memory, I might have many health and mental defects but I bet my memory mogs atleast 80% of general population.
Every morning I open my eyes and I can't remember any dreams all I remember is what I was thinking/doing before falling asleep.

Me too. My memory is pretty good as well but I only get a dream every 1-2 months. However, it doesn't bother me because I delusionmax before falling asleep.

Same, I fantasymaxx before going to sleep. Creating stories is good cope. I just wish I could experience them in dreams too...

When once in a blue moon I get a dream, 90% of time its about me being in ww1 trenches. I wouldn't call them nightmares but its weird.

It's my main cope. Making scenarios in my head in which I talk with friends is what's keeping me sane tbh.

I've written what happened, in my dreams, down before & then later, when I see what I've written, realized I've forgotten. Really messes with your head when you realize your memory isn't as good as you think but I would chalk it down to forgetting the dreams.

there are tactics and practices helping you to force dreams, but really it doesn't worth all that pain in the ass
