I've been reading a lot more books lately and reducing screentime and it has been a blessing to me. Im getting more ideas, I started meditating for 2mins everyday today marks one month of consistency. I've been developing routines and working on a few business projects, it's amazing guys how much a little effort everyday can impact you
Like just do something, Go for a run, clean your room just make an effort mate! It's that's simple, it doesn't have to be for long, say read for 2mins everyday you'll learn something new, do 5 pushups, write for 10mins. No matter how small your efforts are they add up and you're more inclined to build habits this way.
