So yea, basically that, every boss is a retard, they don't know shit.
Imagine being the boss, you only do some paperwork and some meetings with clients but you barely touch any code or understand how anything really works, then you hire a software engineer for a web dev position and give him the workload of 3 workers plus telling him to do the impossible with X programming language because you think it's better when in reality it isn't
That's basically my boss, I'm the only web dev in the company, I do most of the web related work, all his complains are about the font size or some other "design" bs, either because we view things differently or because the client didn't specify a lot on what he wanted and makes it look like I don't know shi
Or telling me to use X programming language instead of the one that suits the job better because some shitty reasons that don't make sense
