Every single day I ask myself how have I ended up in this disgusting meat suit body

This is deeply disturbing when you start to either think or meditate deeply about it. Those bodies are so insanely inferior compared to for example so called astr-l energy body (which still is part of the matrix). The ways how you can become disabled, hurted, feel immense pain are almost endless and the way you have to maintain this disgusting sack of rotting flesh is deeply disturbing (consuming bodies of other living beings).
I ask myself every single day why have I ended up in such a dismayful situation from the perspective of the divine spirit...
