Eyes are getting blurry too, how to cure or stop this, of course I have to reduce screen time, but what else can I do except for going to a doctor

you are more than likely just developing myopia (shortsightedness) from staring at pixels all day. nothing serious, just have to get a pair of reading glasses or something

then it could be myopia. you should go to a eye doctor and see if u need glasses, its only going to get worse otherwise.

I've heard that, the more you wear glasses the more your eyes get adjusted to the new normal, such that without glasses the eyesight will be too horrible. That's my fear, I don't want to wear glasses forever, might as well live with this slight myopia forever
