It's the best Fallout game and mogs to death all the rest of the franchise, it's a good thing you've never played it, you'll get to enjoy NV for the first time. It's a classic for a reason, the story and factions are top notch, the builds you can make for your character adds in a lot of fun, you should torrent it and play it if you're bored and want to play something kino.
