When i was working on a restaurant a year ago during breaks we would all gather or when the shift ended, the convos that i had with female workers were 100 times better more chill they were actually respectful, the male ones good god top tier retards, i only hanged out with 2 guys that i already knew, all the other male workers were just average agressive normies.
But yeah girls were 100 times more nicer would actually invite me to talk hang out, the dudes were just looking for fights every sec.
Even while working the girls were much more motivated would actually help one another.

So yeah if ur a neet and are looking for a job, mostly socialize with the female coworkers it will help a lot

Women have always ignored me after high school I'm starting to realize people back in school treated me like a retard (when I used to think their interactions were being genuine!)... I hope I experience that. All of my previous experiences were predominantly male and it was a nightmare, the machismo (Do X dangerous shit or I'll beat you or not pay you) and abuse is next level when you're around men.
