what’s the method being used to determine posts as male or female? also cmon dude why am i being targeted there’s people here that are more likely to be foids than me

edit: read the paper, it seems to be based on type of word used. however, the gender guesser website doesn’t seem to account for subject like they do in the paper. they also acknowledge that writing style tends to be far more androgynous than speaking patterns, since the audience is broad and unknown to the writer. the strong female indicators are just pronouns, so it makes sense i would be flagged as female as a lot of my posts are autobiographical in nature
