had a job interview today at a retirement home and got a job. i personally can't wait to make some money so i can buy....things...(cough). manager said he's been having a difficult time filling positions. all world weary and disillusioned with the system and with liife neets are not taking the jobs.

eventually, i want to get enough money to buy or rent a small plot of lands out in farm country, put up a tent or a yurt, and live the country life.

does this mean i'm no longer officially neet? do i have to turn in my card? been a neet without exaggeration for about 6 years of my life. tremendous change.

When the time comes, you will be forced to resign from NEET status. Gather your papers, identification card, and other essentials. We'll see you on the other side, soldier.

mods don't care. they let women in here. most people who visit this site are wagies

yeah, the neet identity seems to be more of a philosophical one and more about rejecting the normie attitudes prevalent in modern, overly feminized workplaces than avoiding all work entirely

You should try living in a rented office space with lenient renters (so long as you keep the shit clean and don't make it obvious you're living there by cleaning up after yourself and just playing it safe with shit). Renting one goes for around 100-200 a month where I live. No showers though, so you might have to go to a nearby gym or some shit.

You might be able to save a shit ton, just don't get caught for enough time to gtfo.

It's cringe-worthy, in my opinion. You don't need a 'special' identity to call out the flaws of society, yet people insist on having one for the sake of inclusiveness. Why I'm able to draw parallels between NEET's ideals and transgender fags' apologia is beyond me. How far we've fallen.
