A person's genetic celling is the main factor that matters at the end of the day. We can test ourselves prior to going all out to determine whether even putting in hardwork is even worth it.

Putting in a lot of hardwork when a person is genetically average at best at that specific thing is setting oneself up for failure. People need to find their gifts and then put in the hardwork. Sadly, for some people they are a walking generality.
