I‘ll probably feel shitty tomorrow but I think I‘ll keep going for at least one more day. And then I might repeat that 3 day cycle.

Perhaps I‘ll push myself until the end of the month to not consume food or liquids. So far it‘s pretty easy but it‘s only day 2.

In my experience day 3 is the hardest.

Well, I gave up and ate food and drank water again after like 40 hours but I‘ll just repeat that cycle. I don‘t like feeling energyless so I‘ll just do 2 days because 3 days is mental torture.

Just eating one meal that‘s not that big should do the trick aswell. I just need to avoid buying sodas and ice cream and carbs unless I decide to the exercise itensively.
