How do you become "productive"

I hate the word productive but i still rot in my bed and do nothing all day. Id like to at least watch something maybe play a game for a bit but i can't. I feel fatigued despite lying in bed so much that i can not even get up. How do you become productive and do something jfl? It feels impossible once you are rotting.

Start taking at least 4k daily of vit d3. You can order some quite cheap from ostrovit, local drug stores will rip you off.

By being born in a certain way. You have to keep in mind "hard work" is essentially reaching your maximum potential (using your FISQ at its fullest capacity). It is mostly bullshit when your IQ is not one standard deviation above the mean.
