How do you cope with job application rejection?

It's always daunting.
When they don't answer I might forget about the job (unless I thought I was a good fit), and when they answer negatively I always feel so bad...

Yes, I've straight up been turned down from jobs for being socially inept and ugly. And even let go from some jobs because others were uncomfortable working with me. It always makes me feel bitter inside. The only hope for people like us is to take jobs which require virtually no social contact.
