in my experience you have sexual dreams in three scenarios (maybe there are more but i havent noticed)
1.- you havent ejaculated in a while. It happened at 2nd week to me then at 3rd it stopped, for what i remember
2.- you saw sexual content before sleep or a hour before, but you need to be on nofap a bit, atleast three days i think, so your brain actually wants to release.
3.- you havent ejaculated in a while and you return to fap with porn, i cant assure you it will happen without porn. This usually happens to me wheni fap after 5 to 6 days of nofap and then at 3rd day i have a sexual dream. This point can be divided in:
3.5.- You havent ejaculated in more time, for me 3 weeks maybe less is needed, you cum with porn and have a sexual dream the very next day, and then you fap two days later, you will also have a sex dream the day after the ejaculation, but the more you cum the more you return to day zero and lose and have nothing.
If you notice the pattern, it is: dont ejaculate and be sexually stimulated. There is other thing: the content of the dream, you want a great dream, maybe this is just my problem but anyways i will explain how to beat it.

I overcame it by a smart analysis: my brain though i couldnt have sex, so i started fucking my pillows with light off, so my brain thinks i was having sex, and the next sex dream i had was me fucking a woman in my house in the same position i fucked my pillows ¡voila!
Porn dreams: like dreams in which you literally watch porn and masturbate instead of having sex. These dreams come with anxiety and a bit of desperation, i think it represents addiction and fear of you being caught (atleast for me). I just beat them by watching porn less frequently and doing other things, so your brain cares about other things and makes porn less important. But if you want to be sexually stimulated often, idk how to proceed, maybe do it in a moment you can be calm.
