(I copied this from another thread i posted this in since copypasting this in every single thread would be useless)
Go to sleep, and preferrably 6 hours from when you fell asleep put an alarm on
When you wake up to put the alarm off, try to remember why you put the alarm on and then remember lucid dreaming, and just fall asleep again
Because you just thought about lucid dreaming, it will go directly to your dream and you'll remember that youre dreaming allowing you to lucid dream
That is a foolproof way to lucid dream, unless you dont see any dreams that night. Other ways sometimes dont work, like thinking about lucid dreaming before you fall asleep. Since you dont dream immediately after thinking about it, it probably wont make you lucid dream
The first time I discovered that this worked was in the sixth grade, when I woke up clearly sick and my parents just told me not to go to school and just go back to sleep. I immediately started dreaming that I went to My school and forgot my bag, and I woke up. Then I feel asleep again, thinking about that I forgot my back home while going to school
this time, the exact same thing happened BUT now I was able to realise that it wasnt real, since I had just thought about it. Well, sixth grade me immediately went up to the girl I was talking to irl in my dream and told her I was dreaming.
In that dream we ended up fucking inside a classroom, and I texted her irl about it almost making me lose my virginity in the sixth grade

If you weren't dreaming, then youd have to be an idiot to think that lucid dreaming would then work[/FONT]
