Human beings (especially women) genuinely hate me on site

Every time I meet eye contact with a woman I always instinctively think that they hate me or think I’m disgusting and want to falsely report me. Whenever I meet men or come in contact with other men I always think that they just genuinely want to kill me. Like men just genuinely hate me and want to project there masculinity by beating me up and killing me.

have you tried self improvement

people nowadays are egotistical assholes

just being neutral or nice isnt enough
you have to stand your ground

self improvement could help you achieve things that make you proud of yourself and in return make you less anxious

could be anything btw
you could go to the gym
try to save up money
but also chill things like
starting a new hobby (art, music etc.)
or something like cooking

you dont have to be the best
simply trying to be better is more than enough
