at roughly 3:20am i woke up , i got so stiff , i started sweating alot and something inside of me i'd say my soul was going up from my chest and reached my throat
my soul was trying to leave me and it got stuck in my throat
stayed like that for few minutes and then it went down from my throat to where it was

so terrifying but when my soul was trying to leave me it felt peaceful , just some trembles but all my muscles were relaxed

it was so weird , first time this thing happened , this thing that i called ''my soul" was trying to leave my body and was trying to go out of my chest and as it was trying to go up it couldn't leave and it lifted me up a little bit , when it couldn't quit from my chest it wanted to leave from my mouth but it got stuck in my throat and i was making a humming noise

I had multiple panic attacks before where I felt my heart was about to come out of my mouth and so much dizziness that the floor felt like it's expanding down my feets . And a one time food poisoning where I felt a cold sweat so freezing it felt like I fell under a forzen lake of ice. Maybe it was stress or something you ate?.
