Venting I always see beautiful girls where I work but none of them works with me

When I walk around the building. I just saw one in the elevator, she even said hi to me. And then when I was coming back I saw another one.
They are not only pretty, but they look so good and elegant with their work attire.
But in my job there are only men, and the only female is fat and ugly. How am I supposed to find motivation working like this? Sometimes I see decent women around, but none is particulary pretty and dont even interact with them.
Imagine if I worked with those beautiful girls, interacting with them all day everyday. My performance would go up so much.

By walking around the building I mean when I go out on lunch time and things like that. Sometimes I find girls on the elevator or walking around there
