women are still repulsed by me. if you’re neurodivergent and physically unattractive it doesn’t matter how at peace with yourself you are.

i know im stating the obvious but when you’re not confident or secure it feels like that’s what’s messing up your chances with women. now i realise it isn’t.

I don't have the confidence to communicate with women because I didn't choose to have difficulty communicating with them, I'm not desirable to them, that's why they women are evasive.

Exercise boosts confidence and T, even if you don't end up getting a woman, it's best to be confident about yourself. Talking to women gets easier the more you do it, gotta grind XP, try online interactions for a relatively stress free experience.

Is it necessary to pay for a gym? Or is it enough to exercise at home and go for a run?

Exercising at home is plenty, check out an app called Couch to 5K and look into doing pushups/planks/squats, that'll be enough to gain a lot of endurance and functional strength/aesthetics
