Fellas, yes, I am going to live until 100 years old. I know y'all want to know what I'm going to do and what diet and foods I'm going to cut, bleh bleh bleh. But don't you know that nothing in this world promises long life? Like, if you do research, you can see that some healthy people die from a sudden heart attack, some die from unnatural causes, murder, car crashes, poison, just to name a few, but... There is something that promises long life. I am going to let y'all in on the secret. If you believe you can reach 100+ years as well. If you don't believe, you can try other uncertain sources to boost your longevity. Now here is the secret: long life is a promise. Yes, it's a promise from God, and the people who refuse to believe doubt the power of God. If you read Psalm 91:16, which reads, "With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation". Him there is someone who believes and trust in God. That is what God is promising to everyone, but there is a prerequisite: you have to believe in God and trust in that promise of long life. It's one thing or the other, it's either God is a liar and promise breaker or he is true and just to fulfil his promise. So this is where long life starts when you believe in God and have complete trust in his promises for long life.

I hope this forum is around for decades so I can post when I am 100 years old just to prove a point.

You are reminding me of this guy Bryan Johnson yes? He likes the expensive olive oils. You dont want to be drinking too much of this olive oils, because then you will get fat
