I cant tell the difference between my dreams and real life

I "dream" scenarios but not sure if they are real or not. Last night i was browsing this forum then i went to bed but i'm pretty sure i had a dream about this forum but it felt like i was browsing it in real life. It could be me misremembering things but these dreams happen quite a few times where i'm not sure if it actually happened or not. I feel like im going crazy a bit.

There's no difference between "real life" and dreams, really. Both are equally a part of your experience
